Dr Mrs Maggie Ibru has been working with Serendipity House for 15 years, since 2001. She has fed, given her hall for use till 2011 when Chief OLANIYAN: Chairman, Victory High School took over. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
By God\u2019s design, a wife is to be the special object of her husband\u2019s love and care. As \u201ca weaker vessel\u201d (1 Pet. 3:7), she is under his authority and protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But if a woman loses her husband, she is often left without any means of financial support. Such women are under God\u2019s special care. The psalmist said the Lord is \u201ca defender<\/p>\n\n\n\n
of widows\u201d (Ps. 68:5, NIV; cf. Deut. 10:18). God\u2019s compassion goes out to them because of their difficult situation. And Scripture reveals that has always been God\u2019s attitude toward widows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
God\u2019s Wives (by Serendipity)is organized to minister to the needs of widows and to assist churches in helping widows of all ages, races, and religious backgrounds to overcome problems in their life\u2019s journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To this end, God\u2019s Wives (by Serendipity) helps to provide support to widows through organized support groups and conferences to help them understand and cope with their problems and concerns, which they experience in their daily life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
God\u2019s Wives (by Serendipity)helps to establish, extend and promote seminars, workshops and conferences for widows and those who are leading support groups using the Bible and Christian principles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
